• Description:
• The subject of performance is the preparation of an expert opinion for the purpose of selling property in accordance with the provisions of § 17 paragraph 3 letter c) Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended. The subject of the award is construction of a HOZ waterworks (construction for land water management improvements - Engineering construction - Hydromelioration, § 17 and Appendix No. 15 point 17 of the valuation decree) in c.ú. Receipts, Chotěboř municipality, Havlíčkův Brod district, which is registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of the Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended, and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended, in state property and jurisdiction to manage the WWTP as follows: - "DOUBRAVA III/2, WASTE S10-1", ID 1020000649-11201000, covered canal DN 300 with a total length of 259 m, year of acquisition 1988 The subject of the award will be a part of the construction of the HOZ waterworks with a length of 16 m piped on the property postal code 2467 in c.ú. Receipts. The land under the construction of the HOZ waterworks is not subject to valuation. The construction of the HOZ waterworks is not in accordance with § 509 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended in connection with § 55 paragraph 1 letter e), § 56 of Act no. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended and § 2 paragraph 5 of Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed definition of buildings for water management improvement of lands and their parts and the method and scope of their care, part of land.
