• Description:
• The subject of performance is the preparation of an expert opinion for the purpose of selling property in accordance with the provisions of § 17 paragraph 3 letter c) Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended. The subject of the award is construction of a HOZ waterworks (construction for land water management improvements - Engineering construction - Hydromelioration, § 17 and Appendix No. 15 point 17 of the valuation decree) in c.ú. Plánice, municipality of Plánice, district of Klatovy, which is registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of Act no. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended, and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended, in state property and jurisdiction to manage the SPÚ as follows: - "PLÁNICE-HNAČOV IV, OBJ.3-KA", ID 2170000433-11201000, open channel with a total length of 596 m, year of construction 1985 (trapezoidal profile with reinforcement of the bottom and part of the slopes with slag concrete fittings) The subject of the award will be part construction of the HOZ waterworks with a length of 12.5 m. The land under the construction of the HOZ waterworks is not subject to valuation. The construction of the HOZ waterworks is not in accordance with § 509 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended in connection with § 55 paragraph 1 letter e), § 56 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on Water and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Water Act), as amended, and § 2 paragraph 5 of Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed definition of constructions for water management improvement of lands and their parts and the manner and scope of their care, part of the land.
