The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the contract is the new construction of an operational and exhibition building in the area of NKP Rodiště Jan Žižka, expanding the existing memorial to Jan Žižka by adding a museum exhibition part and work facilities. Following the implemented archeoskanzen contains an educational center focused on the material culture of the late Middle Ages and contains operational spaces for visitors and professional and technical staff. 1. The visitor and education center includes a visitor section (entrance area with cash register, information, WC for visitors); educatedtraining part (lecture hall, hall facilities, teaching workshop, facilities for lecturers); facilities for the operation of the memorial and archeoskanzen (staff facilities, areas for garden and technical maintenance, facilities for cultural events on the premises). 2. The museum exhibition part with depository contains an exhibition part (exhibition roomt, WC for visitors), operational part (conservation workshop with facilities, office and offices of professional staff), depository (premises of the depository with facilities, research room).
