The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the contract is the new building of the operational and exhibition building in the NKP area of the birthplace of Jan Žižka extending the existing Jan Žižka memorial about the museum's exhibition part and work facilities. Following the realized Archeoskanzen, it contains an educational center focused on the material culture of the late Middle Ages and contains operating areas for visitors and professional and technical staff. 1. The visitor and educational center contains a visitor part (entrance area with cash register, information, toilet for visitors); Educational part (lecture hall, hall facilities, teaching workshop, facilities for lecturers); Background for the operation of the memorial and archaekanzen (staff facilities, premises for garden and technical maintenance, facilities for cultural events in the area). 2. The museum part with the depository contains the exhibition part (exposure room, toilet for visitors), operating part (preservation workshop with facilities, office and office workers), depository (depositories with facilities, research room).
