- The subject of the public contract called "Digitization of manuscripts VISK 6" is the purchase of the service - digitization of manuscripts of the Library of the Military History Institute Prague (hereinafter referred to as the Library of the VHU Prague) in accordance with the VISK 6 program in December 1, 2025. There will be no rights to scanned documents and data created. The expected volume of the order is 4,839 pages in 27 documents up to 25 x 40 cm/A2.
This offer submitted under a small -scale public contract must be attached and completed with the Annex "The draft contract for work", including its Annex No. 2 "Binding price offer".
Things intended for the fulfillment of the subject of the Public Procurement - Manuscripts are collection subjects within the meaning of Act No. 122/2000 Coll., On the protection of collections of museum nature and on amendments to some other acts, as amended. Client It does not allow the export of collection subjects abroad when fulfilling the contract, because it is not issued a permit of the Ministry of Culture for the export of collection subjects abroad (Β§11, Act 122/2000).
