Description: The subject of the tender is the selection of the supplier - providers of project management providers for preparatory (design) and for the implementation phase of the construction project of the Vltava Philharmonic Orchestra ("Project"). The supplier will supervise the correct performance of the work with the supplier of design work (selected in the International Design Competition) and will also be in the competence of the following activities: Project preparation management and subsequently project buildings, Quantity Surveyor / Cost Management - Check the project budget page continuously during project preparation and various stages of design work and deliveries, technical supervision (TDI) and ensuring the activities of health and safety at work on the construction site (OSH) of the investor in the implementation phase to the approval of construction and initiation and optimization of its operation.
