• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the construction of a public passenger transport terminal in Jablonec nad Nisou (hereinafter referred to as TVOD). The aim of the project is to significantly improve the conditions for the use of public transport at the expense of individual car transport. TVOD will become important for transport a service hub in the center of Jablonec nad Nisou, which will enable passengers to transfer between city, regional, supra-regional and international bus transport, intercity tram and train transport and thus support the availability of work, services and education for residents of Jablonec nad Nisou and surrounding villages. Built-in equipment (including built-in furniture) in the terminal building, as well as on outdoor areas, is part of the VZ subject. Interior equipment (free furniture) other than architectural is not part of the subject of this VZ of rendered concrete benches that are part of this VZ. The subject of the construction is specified in detail in the project documentation and lists of works, which the client provides as attachments No. 5 and 6a, 6b and 6c of the ZP. The subject of the public contract also includes provision out-of-warranty service of the delivered elevator and the delivered lifting platform, as well as out-of-warranty service of the installed PV plant, and further development care of planted greenery, all within the scope and under the conditions set out in the draft contracts, which form appendices No. 3b to 3e of the ZP. Price for out of warranty service of the above-mentioned parts of the work and the price for the development care of planted greenery is included in the total price of the VZ (in the Title Sheet of the offer), while the service contracts will be concluded simultaneously with the conclusion of the work contract...
