Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction work and extension of the building of the educational institute and the children's home with the school - Zamecka č.p. 2 in Moravsky Krumlov. It is the realization of a new extension to the existing building, including building modifications. The purpose of using the building is retained - the object continues to serve as Educational institute, children's home with school, educational care center, secondary school and elementary school.
The existing court gallery will also be modified to an indoor communication space connecting individual buildings of the area. The construction also includes the reconstruction of the sewer routes, which are in disrepair, physically and morally lively, including the removal of septic tank, new trace of sewage lines of sewage and rainwater sewer and their re -connection before connection to the connection to City/uniform sewer connection.
The construction also includes drainage of rainwater, demolition of court grounds, repair of concrete areas and Replacing the disturbed surfaces of the courtyard area with concrete interlocking pavement. The realization will be accompanied by excavation, ground, demolition, building and by finishing Working, including the connection to the existing utilities (water, gas, sewerage, nn).
In particular, the subject of the Public Procurement is:
a) construction, demolition, excavation, earth and finishing work, including an extension of the building, adjustment of the court gallery to the indoor communication space, Reconstruction of sewerage routes in disrepair, removal of septic tank, new traction of sewage and rainwater sewer and their re -connection before connection to the city sewer, all in accordance with the project documentation and the tender conditions of this public contract.
