• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation at the level for planning permission (DPZ) and at the level of documentation for construction implementation (DPS) for the "Dr. Martínka Promenade" event. The goal is to modify the area of ​​the location between the streets of Dr. Martínka, Kašparova and Fr. Hajdy so that the area can be used as a promenade, a small square for people to meet. A desirable element should be a promenade lined with an avenue of trees with adjoining paved and unpaved areas, a gazebo, a fountain and public greenery. The work will be realized for areas named: "At Lidl", "At Venus", "Promenade area". The project documentation will be processed for each area separately, both at the level for planning permission (DPZ) and at the level of documentation for the construction or part of it (DPS) The defined area will be extended also to address possible modifications of access roads or adjacent plots, if their condition requires it, or if it is necessary to solve the connection to the main project. The contracting authority requires the preparation of project documentation with regard to possible subsidies challenges in the sense of inclusion of elements of blue-green infrastructure. The inspiration for the elaboration of the project is the architectural study from 06/2024, see attachment no. 3 of this ZD, prepared by Ing.
