Description:
The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation at the level for the authorization of the intention (DPZ) and at the level of documentation for the construction of the construction (PCB) at the event "Construction of the complex of the buildings of the social services".
It is a complex of two interconnected fully barrier -free buildings, in each One social service will be provided: Home for Seniors (capacity of 32 users) and relief service (capacity of 20 users). This closed complex should be designed to be as homely, friendly and adapted to the individual needs and abilities of its inhabitants. Environment should support comfort (barrier -free, relaxation zones…), independence (wide corridors, handles), users' orientation (boards, guide lines, color, symbols and easy -to -read marks to facilitate orientation…), mental well -being (arrangement in smaller units, visual and sensory stimuli, reminiscence elements) and safety (EPS, motion sensors). At the same time, it should provide optimal background for staff as well as space used for nearby users.
Part of the relief service is also a garage for 1 passenger car and for 1 multi -digit car that allows the transport of immobile persons.
