- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the loan 1 of the analyzer for the performance of coagulation examinations with the quality of the quality and full operability of min. During the performance of the contract including the supply of the necessary consumables, performing periodic safety technical inspections and calibration of the equipment. These will be new, unloaded, unused fully functional and complete medical devices, including accessories or technologies provided by the manufacturer and together with all the rights necessary for its proper and undisturbed use, including professional assembly, installation, full operation and instruction staff. The delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment at the contracting authority's registered office must be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the standards and according to the generally binding regulations and the recommended methodologies of the manufacturer. Part of the performance will be to perform all validation or PBTK (periodic safety Technical inspections) supplied by the medical equipment stipulated by law and manufacturer (pursuant to Act No. 375/2022 Coll. On medical devices, as amended and its implementing regulations), including its possible calibration or verification of meters (pursuant to Act No. 505/1990 Coll. valid wording and its implementation) and supply of the necessary consumables or other services necessary for operation of the supplied equipment for 84 months from the date of delivery of the equipment when the equipment described in Annex 1 of the tender documentation.
