• Waste collection and disposal The subject of the public contract is the comprehensive provision of waste collection services, including those specific to medical facilities, from the Center for Cardiovascular and Transplantation Surgery Brno and its subsequent disposal in a facility that has a permit to disposal of waste, including hazardous waste, for the listed catalog numbers in the tender documentation. Fulfillment mainly consists in the delivery and rental of collection containers, removal, sorting, utilization, including collection of electrical waste and electrical equipment and waste disposal produced by the contracting authority, including the provision of related services under the conditions specified in the procurement documentation, subject to compliance with the prescribed technological procedures and hygiene standards, especially in the sense of Act No. 541/2020 Coll. on waste as amended regulations. Part of the scope of performance is also the lending of collection containers, the specification of which is given in the Annex ZD, Requirements for collection containers, which will correspond to the types and expected amount of waste and the requirements of the relevant generally binding legal regulations, technical and hygienic standards. The types and estimated amount of waste that the contracting authority will produce during the duration of the contract are listed in Annex ZD, Price offer, while the contracting authority points out that the specified amount in tons for individual the waste catalog numbers are indicative only, some types of waste may be produced minimally or not at all.
