• Waste disposal
  The subject of the public contract is the provision of comprehensive services for the removal and removal of waste for the client in a facility that has a permit for the removal of hazardous waste listed in the catalog numbers. utilization, including the collection of electrical waste and discarded electrical equipment (according to the collective system of OE and EZ) and the removal of waste produced by the contracting authority, or the provision of other activities related to the aforementioned services under the conditions further specified in the procurement documentation, namely the prescribed technological procedures for compliance with hygiene standards in the sense of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended.
  The types and expected amount of waste that the contracting authority will produce during the performance of this public contract are listed in the tables in Annexes No. 1 and 2 of the contract.
  The provider specifically in as part of the provision of services, undertakes:
  a) provide the customer, in accordance with the terms of this contract, with their own collection containers corresponding to the types of waste and the expected amount of waste and the requirements of the relevant generally binding legal regulations, technical, hygienic and ecological standards and also meeting minimum requirements for collection containers listed in Appendix No. 2,
