- Description:
- The subject of this public contract is the provision of comprehensive services in the field of waste management (i.e. collection, collection and disposal of waste) for Nemocnica Boskovice s.r.o. for a period of 48 months (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the public contract"), including:
i. provision of all necessary technical means to carry outthe subject of the public contract, including the relevant collection vehicles and staffing,
ii. delivery of waste containers in the quantity and specification according to the requirements of the contracting authority listed below, including their correct marking in accordance with legal regulations, maintenance of containers and their replacement in case of damage or wearcollection,
iii.observing the specified collection schedule according to the requirements of the contracting authority listed below,
iv.weighing hazardous waste at the place of origin,
v.ensuring cleaning at the collection point, if pollution occurs during waste loading,
vi.obligatory management of administrative matters , especially records of disposal companiesother waste in accordance with legal regulations.
The supplier is obliged to fulfill obligations according to all related legal regulations relating to the subject of performance, in particular Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended, Decree No. 273/ 2021 Coll., on waste management, as amended and decreeto No. 8/2021 Coll., on the Waste Catalog and assessment of waste properties (Waste Catalog), as amended.
