Description:
The formal purpose of this above-limit public contract awarded in an open procedure according to the provisions of § 3 letter b) and § 56 of the ZZVZ is the conclusion of two (2) separate contracts for the provision of waste management services for the contracting authority, while each contract will be concluded with one supplier who submitted an offer forperformance of the relevant part of the public contract, and which, based on the evaluation carried out according to the evaluation criteria specified in Article 15 of the procurement documentation, was placed in the first (1st) best-rated place among the evaluated bids in the relevant part.
The material purpose of this above-limit public contract awardedin open proceedings according to the provisions of § 3 letter b) and § 56 ZZVZ is the provision of waste management services for the contracting authority.
