Description:
The subject of the public contract is the delivery, installation and complete commissioning of a water treatment plant for laboratories and sterilizers, including a storage tank with a capacity of 1000 liters, all for the new premises of the new building of pavilion "A" of the Jičin Regional Hospital (hereinafter also "ONJ").
Part of the subject of the public contract is thatž provision of free comprehensive warranty service and further provision of consumables and other operating costs necessary for the operation of the equipment for a period of 2 years on the basis of contract No. 2 on the supply of consumables concluded with the contracting authority - ONJ. The volume of deliveries will be at least the following:
- minat least once a year replacement of all filter candles,
- at least once a year replacement of activated carbon (100 liters),
- at least 6x replacement of the assembly of 5 demineralization columns of 30 liters each,
- related service work and transport costs (in the price of deliveries).
