(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements; only in the case of supplies - indicate whether offers relating to purchase, lease, rental, installment sale or a combination of these options are requested) The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of agency servicestemporary employment for the purpose of obtaining temporarily assigned employees for certain type of job positions associated with the provision of postal services in particular in the event of an increased operational need for manpower in the contracting entity's organizational units within the territory defined by the contracting entity as the West Bohemia regionhey The fulfillment of the public contract will be implemented on the basis of a framework agreement on the provision of agency employment services, which will be concluded based on the result of the procurement procedure for a period of 24 months with multiple suppliers, namely with at least (5) five suppliers. If the contracting authority is unable to select min. number of deliveriessuppliers mentioned in the previous sentence, the contracting authority may enter into a framework agreement with a lower number of suppliers who meet the tender conditions. Public contracts based on the framework agreement will be awarded in a procedure without the renewal of competition between the participants of the framework agreement.
