Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of supplies and services, which are the production of a wetting and fibering drum according to the drawing documentation, which is provided as part of the tender documentation (Annex D - non-public part of the tender documentation). The required device will be wet and fiber bundles of waste paper. It is a complete technology, the parts of which are connected to each other and are important for the functionality of the machine unit. The selected supplier will manufacture the required equipment according to the drawing documentation, it is not part of the contract material and services for which it is stated in the procurement documentation (see Annex C of the procurement documentation). The subject of the public contract is defined in detail by the technical, commercial and other contractual conditions that are part of the tender documentation.
