- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the delivery of an X-ray skiagraphic device. Part of the work are construction modifications that the contractor must carry out and which are a necessary part of the operation of the medical device. The client requires a warranty period of at least 24 months from the date of complete and proper deliverythe subject of performance. Warranty service, repairs and defect removal during the quality warranty period will be provided free of charge.
The fulfillment of the subject of the VZ is specified in more detail in the purchase contract between the supplier and the buyer.
