Description:
The subject of the public contract is to draw up a set of project documentation for the purposes of the "Youth Home with professional classrooms - the area of the Kopidlno - PD chateau", where the resulting documentation will be the project documentation for the construction. Part of the filling is also an information model of the building (building Information model) (hereinafter referred to as "IMS") and its regular updates in accordance, to the extent and under the conditions specified in the BIM protocol and its annexes. The subject of performance will also be a complete provision of engineering activities, including the discussion of the proposed solution with concerned state administration bodies and other related services. The scope and content of the PD construction is determined by Decree No. 131/2024, on the documentation of buildings.
