- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is construction work, the construction of an extension to the primary school in Brno Medlánky, which will expand the school's area with the required specialist classrooms, classrooms of the school group and the related operational and technical facilities. It is a permanent construction in form building modifications - extension. The extension of the elementary school will be a five-story building, with the 4th floor being the receding floor, which at the same time creates a dominant corner and from which a vegetated roof with areas for cultivation work is accessible. The new extension will be in all of them floors connected to the existing school building. After the completion of the construction, the surrounding area of the school will be redeveloped, 26 new trees will be planted and a new fence will be built. Construction work
