• PART 1: Construction of the kitchen and related areas PART 2: Delivery of technological and small gastro kitchen equipment Předmětem veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce a dispoziční úpravy školní kuchyně a jídelny včetně zázemí v suterénu s úpravami vstupů v of ZŠ Gorkého (Waldorfská) Gorkého 867, 530 02 Pardubice. The subject of performance for PART 1 of the public contract is the modification of the layout of the kitchen operation. New preparation rooms and warehouses will be created, the location of the dining room and the boiler room will be changed. Part demolition will be done internal layout, new entrances through constructions, undercut lintels made of steel rolled profiles, demolition of part of the floors and underlying concrete to make modifications to the horizontal sewerage system. To prepare the entrance and space for the ventilation unit will be done in the necessary scope of earthwork. For the new gastro facility, it is necessary to adjust the horizontal distribution of the sewage system, to the extent necessary, demolition of the underlying concrete will be carried out, and a new inspection shaft will be built for the horizontal sewage system. After concreting of the new foundations concrete will be repaired waterproofing. Extensions will be based on foundation strips. The supporting wall of the entrance will be made of reinforced concrete, the linings and facings of the load-bearing walls will be made of solid bricks or sand-lime bricks. The partitions will be made of ceramic first class. Ceilings will be installed in the utility room, tea kitchen and dining room. New plastering and tiling will be done.
