Description:
The subject of this public contract, respectively. Its individual parts are repeated supplies of special medical supplies (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Health Devices, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Medical Re equipment"), namely catheters enabling intravascular ultrasound View (IVUS) of large, medium and small blood vessels needed to treat patients at the client's workplace (hereinafter referred to as "medical devices" or "medical material"). For both parts, the contracting authority will also require borrowing IVUS console, which will be compatible with the catheter offered for a period of time The duration of the purchase contract for medical material (ie for 48 months).
