Description:
The subject of this public contract is repeated supplies of special medical material (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Medical Act"), namely the supplies of implantation kits left -sided mechanical heart support intended for permanent or long -term blood circulation promotion in patients with terminal heart failure with accessories needed to treat patients at the client's workplaces (hereinafter referred to as the "medical means" or "medical material").
