• The subject of this public contract is the repeated supply of special medical equipment (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Medical Devices"), namely the supply of systems for catheter implantation aortic valves, needed to treat patients at the contractor's workplaces (hereinafter referred to as "Medical devices" or "Medical material"). The client requires 2 systems, namely: •Část a - systém pro katetrovou implantaci aortální chlopně (TAVI) - balloon expandable (complex), •Part b - system for catheter-based aortic valve implantation (TAVI) - balloon-expandable (standard, valve-in-valve).
