The subject of this public contract, respectively. Its individual parts are repeated supplies of special medical supplies (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Health Resources"), namely stentgrafts for the treatment of thoraracoabdominal, Paranenal and Juxtarenal aneurysms of the aortic needed to treat patients at the client's workplace (hereinafter referred to as "medical devices" or "medical material").
