- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the repeated supply of catheters for laser ablation of varicose veins. These are supplies of special medical equipment in the sense of the provisions of § 2 of Act No. 89/2021 Coll., on medical devices and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended. Part of the subject of performance is also the loan of a device - a generator, which will be fully compatible with the supplied medical consumables. The supplier will provide the loan of the device free of charge for the duration purchase contracts for the supply of SZM.
