Description:
The subject of this public contract is repeated supplies of special medical material (SZM) within the meaning of the provisions of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Re equipment and diagnostic medical devices in vitro, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Medical Re equipment"), This is supplied by one -time surgical tires for operating theaters and clinics.
Only a participant who employs more than 50 % of people with disabilities (pursuant to Act No. 435/2004 Coll., On Employment) can participate in its individual parts (according to Act No. 435/2004 Coll., On Employment) the total number of its employees.
