Description:
The subject of the public contract is:
a) regular supply of disinfectants necessary for the operation of the Thomayer Faculty Hospital for a period of 6 years.
b) supply of a product sheet, safety sheet and catalog in the Czech language and supply of a declaration of conformity including catalog numbers, CE certificate,e documentation according to Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices - for more details, see ZD
