• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation for the issuance of a change of planning permit (construction) prior to completion, documentation for the implementation of construction and designer supervision (performance of author supervision or AD) during the implementation of construction number 13058 - Reconstruction of the LUNA building on Lidická Street. The reconstruction of the LUNA building consists of internal and partly also external building modifications of the existing building. Even after the reconstruction, the building will be used as a home for the elderly. The subject of the project are modifications carried out in the existing one the fenced area of ​​the Home for the elderly in Havířov. It is a five-storey complex approved in 1994, which includes the ground-floor extension of the energy center and the relevant service roads and roads. Reconstruction does not increase the number of usable floors or their size of the building (the completion will take place within the existing floor plan on the receding roof planes) and the structural system will not change either. The main result will be the modernization and improvement of the quality of the services provided, the modification of the layout solution, the consistent solution of evacuation and escape routes, structural parameters and technical equipment of the building, insulation and replacement of perimeter windows and doors. The total capacity of accommodated seniors after the reconstruction will be 217. The current number is 185, i.e. 32 new places will be added.
