Description:
The subject of the public contract is the overall reconstruction and modernization of the existing building of student dormitories. The building will continue to serve as an accommodation facility - student dormitories. There will be an extension of the ramp for barrier-free access, reconstruction of the outdoor walkways and modification of the entrance staircasewith landing. Balconies, cornices and loggias will be removed and the building's outer perimeter shell will be reconstructed with insulation. In addition, construction modifications will be carried out in order to change the internal layout of the existing social facilities and accommodation cells, the addition of social facilities to single roomsyup. New internal water distribution, sewage, heating and electrical installations will be carried out - high and low current distribution, computer networks and security systems.
