• Construction work consisting mainly of: demolition work related to the reconstruction of sanitary facilities and modifications in the interior according to PBŘ, cancellation of the loggia at building A, laying of new partitions in sanitary facilities and various finishings in the interior, insulation perimeter structures from the 2nd floor, replacement of opening fillings, insulation of the roofs and ceiling of the technical floor in building A, installation of external shading elements in selected places, modification of the existing connecting corridor, partitioning of the elevated area of ​​the boiler room incl. hydraulic regulation, adjustments for accessibility and barrier-free use of the building according to PD incl. of lifting platforms, lift - installation of a new personal traction lift without machine room, reconstruction of internal wiring, reconstruction of lightning rod, reconstruction boiler rooms, reconstruction of ZTI, rehabilitation of masonry on the first floor of building B, repairs of stairs, eaves walkways and English backyards, felling of trees and bushes during dormant season incl. implementation of replacement planting, implementation of forced ventilation systems with waste recovery heat in classrooms and ventilation of sanitary facilities and protected escape routes, installation of PV plants.
